Hoopla is on an easel with adjustable height. Player who hoops the most rings is the winner. A 'play-off' can be had with multiple winners. Or make your own rules. Example: If a player gets 5 rings all on the middle rod, he's a champion! Or use our small hoops for serious adult stuff!
